Today is the start of Henley Women’s Regatta, it’s on for the next 3 days. It’s an amazing event, attracting over 1,500 athletes from the UK and internationally both at a club and international development level. I love HWR as it is a fantastic competition and the highlight of the race calendar for many athletes. It’s where all the hard work pays off for some and there is nothing more intense than side by side

I recently received an email offering a certain business to business service at a quarter of the entry level price I’d expect. Now, this is an area of expertise I know well, although not mine, so I know how far off the norm these prices were.
